• You will not use equipment if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Payment Terms

Membership Fees

Membership fees are due according to your chosen payment schedule (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Fees include:

Payment Policies

• Payments are processed automatically on the due date
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrbanSolarium, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your membership by providing written notice according to your membership agreement terms. Cancellation policies vary by membership type and may require advance notice.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your membership immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or facility rules
• Engage in behaviour that endangers others or disrupts operations
• Fail to pay membership fees when due
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use our services for unlawful purposes

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labour disputes, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative services or appropriate compensation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your membership. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
